Shipping Policy
Fast Delivery Within Kenya
We offer timely delivery across the country using trusted courier partners.
Nairobi CBD: Orders are delivered within 1–2 hours of confirmation (during business hours).
Greater Nairobi (outside CBD): Delivery within 3–5 hours after order confirmation.
Other towns and counties: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours, depending on location and courier schedules.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high-order volumes. You will be informed promptly in case of any delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 hours after confirmation.
We process orders Monday to Saturday, including on public holidays where possible.
Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods or due to courier delays. Customers will be notified of any changes.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight/volume.
Rates are displayed clearly at checkout and may change from time to time.
Free delivery may apply on selected products or order amounts as per promotions.
Delivery Locations
We deliver anywhere within Kenya.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a clear delivery address such as your home, apartment, office, estate gate, or convenient public location (e.g., petrol station or local shop).
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing:
Contact us immediately via info@mimshack.shop or call our customer support number.
Please keep the packaging and take a photo of the item and condition.
Mimshack Shop is not liable for damages caused during transit but we will assist in following up with the courier for a resolution.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for defective or wrong items only. Kindly review the return terms below.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:
Email us at info@mimshack.shop with your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo/video showing the issue.
You can also reach us via WhatsApp or visit our pick-up point where applicable.
Return Conditions
Returns must be initiated within 3–5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, or invoice) is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We’ll contact you within 2 working days to confirm eligibility for refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa or bank transfer).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer bears the cost and responsibility of return shipping unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged.
If eligible, we will send the replacement at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for security and ease of follow-up.
Mimshack Shop is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
